Living Wills in Pennsylvania
A Living Will (also called an Advance Healthcare Directive) lays out your wishes for medical care that you do or do not want in the event of:
Durable Health Care Power of Attorney
A Living Will may include a Durable Health Care Power of Attorney. A Durable Heath Care Power of Attorney is more broad than a Living Will, and applies whenever you are unable to make, communicate, or understand a health care decision.
In a Durable Health Care Power of Attorney, a Health Care Agent is named. A Health Care Agent is a person who will make medical decisions for you, in the event that you are incapacitated. A Health Care Agent should be someone who you trust to carry out your wishes, such as a family member or close friend.
We value open communication with our clients and a fast response to their needs. Our firm policy is to return client calls and emails promptly and always within 24 hours.
